Paint & Pass: A Creative Give-Back Night

A community art fundraiser for the Creative Jam Foundation. This Valentine’s week, do something that feels good and does good.

Paint & Pass is a joyful, slightly mischievous night of creativity designed to bring people together while directly supporting the Creative Jam Foundation’s mission to make creativity accessible to more people in our community. Every ticket, add-on, and moment of participation helps fund sliding-scale classes, scholarships, and community programs at The Creative Jam.

Come with a age (18+)friend, a partner, adult kid, sibling, or your other favorite human — this night is about connection, collaboration, and giving back, not perfection.

The heart of the evening is the Canvas Swap Challenge. Each pair receives two 11x14 canvases. You’ll begin by painting anything your heart desires for 10 minutes (no pressure — inspiration prompts are provided). Then, you’ll swap canvases and continue each other’s work for another 10 minutes. The cycle repeats — with one important rule: no talking about the painting allowed.

By the end of the night, you’ll take home two collaborative canvases, layered with laughter, trust, surprise, and shared creativity — a reminder of what can happen when we create together.

Throughout the evening, we’ll weave in lighthearted fun and fundraising touches, including:

• Valentine’s-themed trivia with prizes
• An optional 4x4 ceramic heart painting add-on
• A festive photo-op to capture the night (and the joy you helped create)

And yes — it’s Friday the 13th 👀✨

A perfect night to turn superstition into generosity and “what if” into something meaningful.
