Rattles are ancient instruments found in many cultures around the world. Their gentle, rhythmic sound has long been used in song, dance, storytelling, ceremony, celebration, and moments of quiet reflection. In this workshop, you’ll be guided through the process of forming, filling, and adorning your own unique rattle using provided materials.

As you create, you’ll have the opportunity to choose the sound, texture, and decorative elements that feel meaningful to you. Your finished rattle can be used in drum circles, meditation, movement, creative rituals, or simply as a handmade instrument for grounding and connection.

All materials are provided, and no experience is needed.
