🔥 GIRLS’ NIGHT OUT! Make-and-Take Fire Cider

Thursday, October 15 at 6 PM

$45 per person

with Cheryl Romano

Chop, mix, laugh, and make something wonderfully wild during this hands-on Girls’ Night Out!

Fire Cider is a traditional herbal vinegar infusion made with a bold, flavorful blend of ingredients such as garlic, onion, ginger, horseradish, citrus, herbs, peppers, and warming spices. During this beginner-friendly workshop, Cheryl Romano will guide you through creating your own batch from scratch.

You’ll learn about the traditional ingredients used in Fire Cider, how to prepare them, and how to store, strain, and use your finished infusion. Then you’ll chop, layer, mix, and fill your own quart-size mason jar to take home and finish infusing.

No experience is needed, and you do not need to bring a thing. Cheryl is supplying all ingredients, jars, tools, and materials. We’ll also have refreshments included, along with your Girls’ Night Out passport, so you can settle in, enjoy the evening, and make something delightfully fiery.

During the class, you will:

  • Learn about the traditional ingredients used in Fire Cider
  • Prepare and combine fresh herbs, produce, citrus, and spices
  • Create your own quart-size jar of Fire Cider
  • Learn how to store, strain, and use your finished infusion

Bring a friend or come on your own. Space will be limited so everyone has plenty of room to work and receive hands-on guidance.

Your $45 ticket includes:

  • All Fire Cider ingredients and supplies
  • One quart-size mason jar to take home
  • Step-by-step instruction from Cheryl Romano
  • Refreshments- something fall-theme delicious!
  • A Girls’ Night Out passport
  • A fun, social evening at The Creative Jam

This class is offered for educational and recreational purposes only. Information shared during the workshop is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Creativity Belongs to Everyone

At the Creative Jam Foundation, we believe creativity isn’t a luxury. It’s a lifeline.

It’s the kid who discovers they can make something with their own two hands.

It’s the adult who walks into a room feeling unsure and leaves saying, “I didn’t think I could do that.”

It’s Connection. Confidence. Curiosity. Play. Belonging.

The Creative Jam Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making creative experiences accessible to people of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and income levels. Through classes, workshops, community gatherings, outreach programs, scholarships, and creative opportunities, we work to remove the barriers that keep people from participating.

And sometimes removing that barrier is as simple as being able to say:

Yes. You can come too.

Your donation helps us keep saying yes.

Donations to the Creative Jam Foundation help support things like:

  • Reduced-cost and free creative programs
  • Scholarships for people who otherwise could not participate
  • Art and craft supplies
  • Community outreach and collaborative programs
  • Accessible opportunities for children, adults, seniors, and people with different abilities
  • The everyday costs of keeping a welcoming creative community alive

You don’t have to be an artist to believe creativity matters.

You just have to believe people deserve places where they can connect, experiment, laugh, make a mess, learn something new, and discover what they’re capable of. We are hoping to raise $2,000 from individuals who enjoy the Jam this fall of 2026 (September through Thanksgiving) to help us keep offering what the Jam does best- a welcoming space.

Whether you give $10, $25, $100, $1,000, or something entirely your own, you become part of making that possible.

Help us keep creativity within reach.

Donate today and help us build a community where creativity truly belongs to everyone.
