For three days, the Creative Jam will transform into a haven for diamond art lovers. Bring your current project—or several—and settle into a weekend of creativity, conversation, and uninterrupted crafting with others who share your love of placing those tiny, glittering drills one by one.

Each participant will have their own 6-foot table and power access, giving you plenty of room to spread out your canvases, tools, trays, and works in progress. Our bright studio is filled with natural light from 42 large windows, complemented by 5000K daylight lighting throughout the space, creating the perfect environment for detailed work.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy 25 hours of dedicated diamond painting time, along with plenty of opportunities to relax, chat, and connect with fellow crafters. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa will be available all weekend, and we’ll gather together for catered lunch on Saturday and Sunday and a catered dinner on Saturday evening.

We’re also thrilled to have the support of FIVE sponsors:

Mystical Diamonds Limited

Mirthful Diamond Art

Bandit Stickers

Diamond Pen Pal

B&C Creations

The Clayful Fairy

They’ll be adding extra sparkle to the weekend with prizes, giveaways, and surprises throughout the retreat.

Whether you’re a longtime diamond painter or relatively new to the craft, Diamonds in the Rough is designed to be a relaxed, welcoming weekend where creativity and community shine just as brightly as the drills on your canvas.

Come spend the weekend placing diamonds, making friends, and enjoying the creative energy of the Creative Jam.

Summer Shelf Sitter (2 sides!)

Thursday, June 11, 2026 - 6:00 PM EDT

Double-Sided Shelf Sitter Workshop

Thursday, June 11

$33

Get ready for a fun seasonal project with twice the decorating power and only one thing to store. Honestly, we love a craft that understands the assignment.

In this workshop, you’ll create a double-sided wooden shelf sitter with “America” on one side and “Summer” on the other. One side brings the patriotic red, white and blue energy for Memorial Day, Fourth of July and all your summer Americana decorating. Flip it around and you have a bright, cheerful summer design with sun, heat, sand and beachy vibes.

Participants will paint, layer and assemble the wooden pieces to create a finished standing sign that can be displayed on a shelf, mantel, table, desk, entryway or wherever your seasonal decor likes to gather and multiply when you’re not looking.

This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly class. No experience is needed, and all materials are included. You’ll leave with a finished reversible shelf sitter ready to brighten up your home for the season.

Come make something cute, colorful and useful, because double-sided decor is basically the overachiever of the craft world.

Private Readings with Amy

Jun 12, 2026 - Aug 28, 2026

Private Readings with Amy – 45 Minutes

Friday Nights • $50 • In the High-Vibe Studio #3 at The Creative Jam

Spend a summer Friday evening at The Creative Jam with a private intuitive reading from Amy.

These sessions are not about predicting your future or telling you what you “should” do. Instead, Amy uses the full spectrum of her gifts by employing Tarot as her primary tool, while also weaving in oracle cards, energetic awareness, and intuitive guidance to create space for reflection, clarity, and deeper self-connection. Each reading is personal, grounded, and centered around helping you feel more connected to your own inner knowing.

Think of it as a quiet pause. A chance to check in with yourself. A space to look at what you’re carrying, what you’re navigating, what you may already know deep down, and what wants to come forward for your attention. Amy discovered something while offering these sessions last summer: they often became less about “reading the cards” and more about meaningful conversations. The cards have a way of bringing forward the thing that wants to be talked about, acknowledged, healed, or expressed.

These sessions are a lovely fit if you’re moving through a transition, seeking clarity, feeling a little stuck, craving a meaningful check-in, or simply curious about what the cards and your own intuition may reflect back to you.

Appointments are available select Friday evenings at 6 PM, 7 PM, and 8 PM throughout the summer. Come with a question, an area of life you’d like to explore, or simply an open mind. There is chocolate, tissues, and a warm hug if you need one.

Bring an open mind—and a notebook if you like to capture messages

Please note: Readings are for entertainment and personal insight only and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.

JUNE Mystic Makers- Healing Sound Bath

Sunday, June 14, 2026 - 11:00 AM EDT

Mystic Makers: A Sound Bath & Creative Ritual Series

Step into a slower rhythm.

Mystic Makers is a monthly evening of rest, reflection, and gentle creation at The Creative Jam, aligned with the energy of the moon. Most months, we gather under the New Moon—a time for intention, beginnings, and quiet inward listening. In March, we’ll meet under the Full Moon, embracing illumination, release, and a little extra magic while Amy is away.

Each Mystic Makers evening includes:

  • a deeply grounding sound bath, designed to help your nervous system soften and settle
  • a small, meaningful creative project—simple, intentional, and accessible to everyone (no “art skills” required)
  • space to reflect, reset, and carry something tangible home that holds the energy of the night

These are not classes in the traditional sense. There’s nothing to finish perfectly, nothing to perform, and nothing to share unless you want to. The creative element is offered as a quiet ritual—something to do with your hands while your mind rests and your intentions take shape.

Whether you come seeking clarity, calm, grounding, or simply a pause from the noise of everyday life, Mystic Makers invites you to slow down, tune in, and make a little magic—one moon at a time.

Drum Creation and Meditation Workshop

Sunday, June 14, 2026 - 1:00 PM EDT

Drum Creation & Meditation Workshop

Sunday, June 14 | 1:00–4:30 PM

Immediately following the Sound Bath

Step into an experience that blends creativity, intention, and rhythm in this deeply immersive drum-making workshop.

Across cultures and throughout history, drums have been used for connection—connection to self, to community, and to something greater. In this hands-on class, you’ll create your own frame drum using sustainably and ethically sourced materials, then explore the calming, grounding power of rhythm through guided meditation and gentle drumming.

Each participant will craft a one-of-a-kind drum that reflects their own energy and intention. You’ll also receive a rhythm mallet and travel stand, so your drum is ready to be used long after the class ends.

This experience includes:

  • Guided meditation to center and connect
  • Insight into the cultural and historical significance of drumming
  • Step-by-step instruction to create your own frame drum
  • Group drumming to explore rhythm and relaxation

Drumming is known to help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and create a sense of balance between body and spirit. Whether you’re here for the creative process, the meditative experience, or something you can’t quite name yet—you’re welcome.

This workshop is also the beginning of something new at The Creative Jam.

We’ll soon be introducing a recurring community drum circle, and this is your opportunity to create a drum that’s truly your own—something you can bring back, play, and grow with over time. There’s something powerful about not just participating… but showing up with an instrument you created yourself. Imagine sitting in a circle, surrounded by others, each of you playing a drum you made with your own hands.

Led by Karie of MonkeyBee Reiki, this workshop offers a supportive and meaningful space to create something truly personal.

+Participants choose to begin their experience with the Sound Bath at 11am, carrying that grounded, relaxed energy into the creative process.+

Limited spots available due to materials and hands-on instruction.

Macrame Tree of Life

Wednesday, June 17, 2026 - 6:00 PM EDT

MacramĂŠ Tree of Life Workshop

Wednesday, June 17 at The Creative Jam

Beginner-friendly

Create your own beautiful MacramĂŠ Tree of Life wall hanging in this relaxing, hands-on workshop at The Creative Jam. Choose from four different colors: natural, forest green, sunflower yellow, or autumn rust! (Choose your color with your ticket)

In this class, you’ll learn how to knot and shape cotton cord around a hoop to create a tree design, complete with roots, trunk, branches and flowing fringe. The finished piece makes a lovely wall hanging, window accent, gift, or “look at me being peaceful and artistic” decoration for your home.

This class is beginner-friendly, so no macramé experience is needed. You’ll be guided step by step through the process, from forming the tree structure to adding those pretty finishing details that make each piece feel personal. Participants will also have the option to choose accent colors for some of the hanging cords, because apparently we do support creative decision-making around here.

The Tree of Life is a beautiful symbol of growth, grounding, connection and becoming, which feels pretty perfect for a night of making something with your hands in a cozy creative space. Come solo, bring a friend, or make it a little midweek creative reset.

All materials are included. You’ll leave with a completed handmade macramé Tree of Life wall hanging ready to display.

Girls Night Out: Quilled Mandalas

Thursday, June 18 • 6:00 PM

The Creative Jam • Lake George, NY

Limited to 15 participants

You need a night out.

Not a “sit in your car in the grocery store parking lot for seven minutes of silence” night out. An actual night out.

Join us for Girls Night Out at The Creative Jam, where we’ll be making beautiful quilled paper mandalas, eating a little something sweet, collecting stamps in our brand-new Girls Night Out Passport, and pretending for two glorious hours that laundry, emails, dishes, and everyone else’s nonsense do not exist.

This month’s project is quilled mandalas. You’ll learn the calming art of paper quilling as you roll, shape, and arrange colorful paper strips into a beautiful mandala design. It sounds fancy. It is not scary. No experience is needed, because this is The Creative Jam and we do not believe in gatekeeping creativity like some kind of craft goblin.

Your ticket includes the project, materials, a sweet treat or snack, a small surprise, and your first Girls Night Out Passport stamp.

Come with friends or come by yourself. Either way, there will be a seat for you at the table and people who will not ask you what’s for dinner.

Choose your ticket:

$45 — Class ticket using studio quilling tools

$50 — Class ticket plus your own quilling tools to take home

Space is limited to 15 people.

Come make something pretty. Eat something delightful. Leave with a handmade mandala, a passport stamp, and the smug satisfaction of having done something for yourself for once.
